Learn more about Lead Trainer, Victoria Haffer, M.S. ERYT 500

Victoria’s divinely guided journey started in the early 80′s in the fitness field as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor where the main focus with her students and clients
was on the physical dimension. Her search for optimal health and her love of the human body inspired her to obtain a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. Her quench for knowledge continued and she began to explore the mind/body connection which led her to advanced studies in Hypnotherapy, Holistic Nutrition and she also became a Reiki Master. She had
only taken a dozen or so yoga classes, yet yoga certification called to her. Little did she know how much it would change her life. The past 10 years have been a whirlwind of a journey dedicated to learning about the many facets of YOGA. With over 1000 hours of yoga training under her belt, starting with her ERYT 500 from Kripalu and continuing to explore the teachings of a plethora of styles and traditions including Kundalini, Iyengar, ViniYoga and Anusara. Victoria has been inspired by many great teachers including Shiva Rea, Hari Kaur, Paul Grilley, Anodea Judith, David Vendetti, Tom Myers, Jill Miller and Diane Lagadec. Victoria left the corporate fitness world to pursue her passion of directing a healing and yoga retreat sanctuary at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga and Retreat Center housed at the Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis, Ma. Her eclectic style of vinyasa flow is a magical fusion of flow, pranayama, and mudra with a powerful emphasis on personal training, core strength and therapeutics. With an insatiable passion for Anatomy and the human body she specializes in teaching Anatomy of Asana to students and teachers locally and globally.
Victoria is dedicated to facilitating powerful transformation with her students through the art of teaching “Radical Self Acceptance” and “Falling Madly in Love with Yourself” while practicing yoga on and off the mat. And believes all humans create our own reality through our thoughts words and our actions and truly believes that “We can shift and elevate the consciousness of the human race by sprinkling magical yoga fairy dust around the entire planet, one amazing yoga teacher at a time!” Love and Light to all!
