Experience Yoga at Our Guru Ram Das Ashram
Yoga at the Ashram is located within the Guru Ram Das Ashram, a vibrant spiritual community that has served as a center for the practice of Kundalini Yoga and the Sikh Dharma for decades.
This is more than just a location; it is a spiritual home where an incredibly potent and peaceful energy has been cultivated through a continuous flow of practice, prayer, and selfless service (Seva).
When you join a class at Yoga at the Ashram, you are not just entering a yoga studio; you are stepping into a sacred space, a vessel of spiritual power, that supports a deeper, more transformative experience on your personal path. Our Invitation to You
We invite you to experience the difference this spiritual container makes. Whether you come for a yoga class, a special event, or simply to feel the peaceful atmosphere, you are welcome to connect with the deep roots and community spirit of the Guru Ram Das Ashram.
The ashram is the true foundation of our center
The building itself is imbued with the energy of thousands of hours of devotion.
- Daily Sadhana (Early Morning Practice): The community holds early morning group practice, including Japji, Kundalini Yoga, and the chanting of sacred mantras (Kirtan).
- A Place of Worship: The ashram houses a Gurdwara, a sacred space where the community gathers for prayers and spiritual teachings from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib.
- Community Life: Residents of the ashram dedicate themselves to living the teachings of yoga, creating a strong, supportive, and grounded environment.

What People Say About
Our Ashram
Some description text for this item
From the moment I walked into the Ashram in Millis, it felt like coming home. Even though I’ve only been attending for a short time, the sense of belonging and warmth is immediate and real. The instructors are truly incredible — open, welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable, creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone who walks through the doors.
I am currently taking the Kundalini yoga class, and each session is filled with meaningful practices and wisdom that resonate far beyond the mat. I’ve also had the opportunity to attend the Full Moon Gong ceremonies, which have been profoundly grounding and restorative experiences.
Every time I leave the Ashram, I’m met with a feeling of peace, gratitude, and stillness. I feel recharged, centered, and genuinely supported — not just in my practice, but as a person. There’s a beautiful sense of community here, and the other participants have added so much through heartfelt conversations, shared compassion, and mutual respect.
The Ashram is more than a place to practice — it’s a space to connect, heal, and grow. I’m deeply grateful to have found it and highly recommend it to anyone seeking mindfulness, connection, and a true sense of belonging.
