From the moment I walked into the Ashram in Millis, it felt like coming home. Even though I’ve only been attending for a short time, the sense of belonging and warmth is immediate and real. The instructors are truly incredible — open, welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable, creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone who walks through the doors.
I am currently taking the Kundalini yoga class, and each session is filled with meaningful practices and wisdom that resonate far beyond the mat. I’ve also had the opportunity to attend the Full Moon Gong ceremonies, which have been profoundly grounding and restorative experiences.
Every time I leave the Ashram, I’m met with a feeling of peace, gratitude, and stillness. I feel recharged, centered, and genuinely supported — not just in my practice, but as a person. There’s a beautiful sense of community here, and the other participants have added so much through heartfelt conversations, shared compassion, and mutual respect.
The Ashram is more than a place to practice — it’s a space to connect, heal, and grow. I’m deeply grateful to have found it and highly recommend it to anyone seeking mindfulness, connection, and a true sense of belonging.
